SERVICE AND ROOMS:

* The staff who have contact with guests like housekeepers, front desk staff, bellboys, security, etc., will continue to use of disposable mouth covers while the health measure is not normalized.

* At front desk we have antibacterial gel and disposable mouth cover for guests who would like to use them.

* Front desk and bellboys have antibacterial products to clean each area to desinfect.

* To clean rooms, maids use gloves and a disinfectant product as standard. Emphasis has been given to clean phones, remote controls, switches, knobs, etc

* The glasses and cups in guest rooms are washed in dishwashing machine at a temperature of 80 celcius degrees with disinfectant and bacteriological products as standard.

* The glasses and cups are wrapped in new plastic bag after being washed.

* The trash bags are transparent and are closed at the end of the day. We have a contract with an ambulance service who makes sure that blood and bacteriological waste is being disposed properly.

* In public bathrooms we have paper towels,we provide with paper covers for the toilets to prevent the direct contact, antibacterial gel, foam and facial tissue for face cleaning.

RESTAURANT:

* Replacement of fabric napkin with paper ones.

* Use of disinfectant.

* The staff wears disposable mouth cover all the time

* Replacement of fabric tableclothes with paper ones

* Aditional cleaning with chlorine from common areas.
